Job summary

Wingstop Tulsa is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead the team to maintain high standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness, while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand compliance.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, a proactive, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to motivate staff during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks, delegate, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: hands-on management, daily checklists, cash handling, guest interactions.
• Drive performance: ensure SOPs are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service.
• Monitor and manage daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support team development: train and coach team members, provide feedback.
