Responsibilities

• Input orders into POS and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs according to specs and safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, slicers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness including tables, floors, utensils and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules and train staff.
• Handle customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with dress code.
