Job summary

Baskin Robbins in West LA and Santa Monica is seeking Shift Leaders / Assistant Managers to join our team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and uphold Baskin Robbins brand standards, ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift management, supervisor, or assistant manager experience (required).
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or food service experience (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Baskin Robbins or dessert shop experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during each shift.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and Baskin Robbins standards.
• Train and coach crew members.
• Help manage inventory and daily store operations.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and a positive work environment.
