Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels per shift and quality of custard.
• Lead crew to meet KPI targets and maintain calm during peak periods.
• Provide training and feedback to new hires on shift.
• Perform opening and closing duties as key holder.
• Maintain health and safety and uphold Andy’s policies.
