• Ability to manage cash according to policies
• Comfort with late nights (up to 1am), weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and shift leadership to meet performance goals
• Train and coach crew, ensure quality food preparation and safety standards
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately, deliver legendary service
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and equipment across the shift
• Assist with opening/closing duties as a key holder and lead the team during shifts
