Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry, or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Quick service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in directing daily store operations, upholding company standards across product prep, customer service, facilities, and financial accountability.
• Lead and train team members to meet performance goals and company culture.
• Manage labor, inventory, and vendor orders; ensure health and safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
