Andy's Frozen Custard in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, uphold our standards, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food safety, and maintain financial accountability. This role focuses on developing Custard, Crew, and Customers while embodying our culture and values.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of management experience in quick service or a related leadership role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience preferred in food service or quick service.
• Ability to manage cash according to cash handling policies.
• Must be able to work 30+ hours per week and be available for nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Custard: manage orders, inventory parity, and food safety training.
• Crew: drive KPIs, lead and train staff, forecast and schedule labor, maintain store operations.
• Customer: deliver exceptional service, handle complaints using BASLT method, support local marketing.
• Overall: ensure health and safety regulations are followed and uphold company policies.
