Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You meet all Food Safety requirements within your state and must obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• You have a friendly, customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including efficient task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards met.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and ensure health and safety standards.
• Restock food lines, chips and coolers, and maintain cleanliness of tables and spaces.
• Operate cash register and handle customer complaints effectively.
