Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must meet state Food Safety requirements and obtain certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to solve problems and handle customer issues.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills are a plus.
• Able to manage allergens and maintain safety standards.
• Able to stand/walk 8-9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards.
• Count drawers and handle daily cash procedures.
• Prepare finished products efficiently and safely.
• Maintain health, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Restock food lines and manage supplies.
• Clean work areas and utensils; manage waste.
• Operate cash register and balance cash handling.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
