Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Shift Manager for full-time hours to help lead the restaurant as MOD, ensuring fast, friendly service and profitability.

You will supervise staff, uphold policies, monitor food and labor costs, and uphold health codes while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A High School Diploma and basic computer/PO S skills are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week (PT) or 40 hours per week (FT).
• Professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Proficient with Blake’s Lotaburger operations and Book 1 SOPs.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation when scheduled as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Ensure customer satisfaction while managing costs and maintaining profitability.
• Lead and train crew; enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain food safety standards and safe working environment.
• Document deposits and monitor cash handling; report discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
