Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New Jersey to lead shift teams, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards. You’ll train new hires, monitor cash handling, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced plaza environment.

The role requires cash handling and customer service experience, with leadership experience preferred, and a flexible schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift and ensure brand standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment; cross-sell products.
• Train new team members and communicate observations to plaza leadership.
