Rogue Valley Subs, LLC DBA Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring for a Shift Leader to support the management team at our Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience while handling cash and following corporate training programs.

The role emphasizes developing teammates, enforcing store policies, participating in local marketing, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Available to open or close the store, as business needs dictate.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
