Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Spring Hill is seeking a Team Leader to support the GM and AM in operating the restaurant. The role focuses on Guest Service and Shift Management to deliver a superb guest experience and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include daily operations, training hourly staff, enforcing standards, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and food handling procedures. Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred.
