Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Understand and comply with health, safety and labor regulations for the restaurant, employees and guests.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive friendly, courteous service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Achieve sales, service, quality, cleanliness and appearance objectives through training and a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional campaigns per Brand Standards.
• Create and follow up on operations and financial action plans.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Make employment and termination decisions per guidelines.
• Oversee performance appraisals and timely feedback.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maximize labor efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fill in as needed to ensure guest service standards.
• Coach and motivate the Assistant Managers and team.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare paperwork, forms and reports promptly.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operation through inspections and PM programs.
• Ensure deliveries meet policy requirements and are received correctly.
• Set expectations and model a memorable guest experience.
• Address guest feedback and take corrective actions.
• Manage inventories and record-keeping; conduct counts.
