Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations under the GM/AGM. You’ll ensure brand standards, set expectations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience throughout each shift.

You’ll coach teammates in role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions; handle bank deposits, inventory, and orders; maintain safety and cleanliness; and own a smooth shift hand-off while keeping energy high.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a leadership role or trained for Shift Leader duties.
• Must be 18+ years old and have flexible availability.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with cash handling and store safety is beneficial.

Responsibilities
