Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee the store alongside the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives and guest connections during every shift.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, train on SOPs and product knowledge, and handle administrative tasks like deposits and inventory while maintaining Caribou's core values and providing exceptional guest

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed and tasks are delegated effectively.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions; perform admin tasks as assigned.
