Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises hourly team on the shift to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest service.
• Assist in planning and supervising task completion with safety and sanitation adherence.
• Provide training using company tools for hourly team members.
• Support maintenance of equipment; alert General Manager for repairs.
• Handle administrative duties: cash deposits, audits, incident reporting, and guest complaints.
• Attend store and company trainings; maintain certifications as required.
• Recommend discipline for team members as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness and initiate cleanup to maintain standards.
• Perform other duties per policies and management instructions.
