MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in our Miami-area stores to support daily operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will assist the Store Manager, mentor associates, and help achieve KPI targets while maintaining store standards.

You’ll handle cashiering, replenishment, opening/closing duties, and merchandising with a customer-first mindset. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and update visual merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
