Job summary

Miniso USA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role drives KPIs, safeguards store standards, and handles cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing to keep the sales floor engaging.

You will promote the store's membership program, foster a positive, energetic team environment, and resolve customer concerns professionally while adhering to loss

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as keyholder or supervisor in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety, cleanliness and visual standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and comply with company policies.
