Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee the product, process, and people during each shift at our restaurant. You will mentor the team, assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and ensure standards for quality, safety, and service are met.

You will set shift goals, train staff, monitor performance, and work with management to keep operations running smoothly while upholding company policies and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift.
• Set shift goals and align tasks to these goals.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner and uphold guest satisfaction.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and coordinate with management on goal progress.
