Job summary

MINISO USA in Mission Viejo, CA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and handle opening and closing procedures.

You will engage customers, manage cash handling, merchandising, shipments, and promotions, while promoting the store's membership program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder/supervisor/shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems; participate in promotions.
