Job summary

MINISO USA Kendall seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support KPI achievement, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and policy adherence.
• Represent MINISO USA with enthusiasm and a professional attitude.
