Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff development. You will engage customers, train associates on product knowledge, and help ensure exceptional service on the sales floor and at the register.

You will support cash handling, merchandising, stock replenishment, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program. A positive, energetic environment will drive store KPI success and memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
