Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise team members, uphold our Judgement Free Zone, and support daily club operations. You will coach staff, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and help resolve member questions while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and proactive problem solving to create a positive experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service environment preferred.
• Experience leading others.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead peers to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Coach and inspire team to deliver an outstanding member experience.
• Support team with elevated member concerns and inquiries.
• Greet members and assist with questions during check-in and on club floor.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and uphold club policies.
• Handle sign-ups, memberships changes, and basic billing tasks.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the club areas.
