Planet Fitness is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily club operations in a welcoming Judgement Free Zone. You will lead peers, ensure member satisfaction, and support KPI-driven priorities while modeling the brand standards.

This full-time role offers opportunities to coach teammates, perform membership tasks, maintain cleanliness, and respond to member needs. A positive attitude and reliability are valued, with CPR training provided.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proven background leading others.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and engage with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
