Sweetgreen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, deliver hospitality, and support a team focused on real food and community health. You’ll lead shifts with energy and accountability, ensure smooth service, and mentor teammates to elevate service quality and standards.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
