Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead teams during shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards and food safety across its travel plaza locations.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling procedures, and help keep opening, daily and closing checklists up to date while delivering a friendly, efficient experience for travelers. Flexible schedule is required, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
