Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment with coaching and feedback.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew and Leaders.
• Support cross training, deployment, and delegation of duties.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional service.
• Ensure brand standards and restaurant systems are followed.
• Drive sales through execution of standards and marketing initiatives.
• Control labor and food costs, and cash handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for guests and team.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on action plans to hit goals.
