Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures (safe counting, cash drawers).
• Maintains inventory through daily/weekly inspections and receipts inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coaches Team Members to improve performance and restaurant results.
• Sets an example by executing the shift plan and driving operational results.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
