Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, focusing on sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and people development. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, guiding a team to deliver fast, accurate service and uphold brand standards.

You will drive shift profitability, manage cash controls and inventory, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth operations, quality food preparation, and timely delivery while you work evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM and AM in managing operations during assigned shifts.
• Help with cash control, inventory, and receiving truck orders.
• Direct and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure shift plans are executed and operational standards are met.
• Review restaurant results to identify improvements.
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, safe environment.
