Job summary

Burger King in Atmore, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to guide Team Members across all stations and ensure top service during each shift. This role offers hands-on leadership development and direct mentorship from our Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

You will drive speed of service, maintain cash controls, support inventory accuracy, and coach staff to elevate performance while upholding brand standards on the dining floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service ethic and ability to lead a team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across all stations during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and identify opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards on the floor.
