Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee all restaurant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards. The role includes supervising staff, training, cash management, and maintaining safety and cleanliness, with hands-on support as needed.

You will work with the Management Team to execute business plans, lead by example, and develop talent for future roles while ensuring compliance with policies and labor

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Proficient reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills; English required; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth store operations and guest service.
• Supervise staff and provide training.
• Manage cash handling procedures and sales/labor tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead with empathy and teamwork to develop talent across shifts.
• Support the Management Team in executing business plans.
