Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members during shifts, ensuring brand standards and exceptional guest service. You will support the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, and monitor food and beverage preparation while maintaining cash controls and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in retail or hospitality and are fluent in English. This role requires standing for long periods in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment and a commitment to quality guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members throughout the shift with timely feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and operating standards.
• Ensure Brand standards for food and beverage prep during the shift.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during the shift.
