Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew members and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality food and beverages. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, managing shift priorities, and ensuring safe, smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality, good English communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.
• Basic computer skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met for food and beverages during shift.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the team.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during the shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding of team members.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
