Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution, customer service excellence, and smooth daily operations when a manager is unavailable.

You will supervise the crew, oversee opening/closing, price and stock merchandise, assist customers, and uphold CVS's service culture while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close the store as part of daily procedures.
• Direct and follow up on activities to supervise the crew.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and protect confidentiality.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays and inventory.
• Execute seasonal and promotional displays and maintenance.
• Reset departments following planograms.
