Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead store operations and customer service in our CVS/pharmacy locations. In the absence of a manager, you will direct staff, ensure opening/closing tasks, and uphold service standards that build loyalty.

You will coordinate with store management, supervise crews, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and displays while delivering a positive shopping experience for every CVS customer.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer questions, problems and complaints with courtesy.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain seasonal displays.
