Job summary

Bluemont Group is seeking a Dunkin’ Shift Leader to manage the floor during your shift. You set the line, keep drive-thru moving, and coach the crew so drinks and sandwiches go out correctly.

This role is ideal for someone with crew supervision experience seeking a path into management. Availability includes early mornings, weekends, and varying shifts, with opportunities to train and advance.

Qualifications

• Must have Dunkin’ or similar retail/food service crew experience.
• Be dependable and able to lead others.
• Remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
• Be able to count cash accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set the line for your shift across drive-thru, front counter, beverage and sandwich stations.
• Move staff where needed as the rush fluctuates.
• Coach crew with quick feedback and model the recipe for accuracy.
• Step in at any station when drive-thru backs up.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot and remake drinks or fix orders.
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift.
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks and earn ServSafe certification.
• Help train new crew members and report equipment issues to the manager.
