RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Ohio to lead a high-energy team on each shift, ensuring top-notch guest service and fast, accurate operations. You’ll coach staff, manage daily store activities, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and inventory standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive performance, develop future leaders, and promote RaceTrac’s core values while collaborating with store leadership to meet guest needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful tone.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
• Drive Operational Excellence and ensure food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment.
