RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, deliver outstanding guest service, and drive performance on every shift. You’ll train, coach, and develop team members, manage cash handling, inventory, and daily store operations while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations on designated shifts and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ring up guests and manage cash register; stock shelves and take inventory.
• Greet guests and suggest products to enhance guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team members; train and assign tasks.
• Maintain inventory neatly and ensure compliance documentation.
• Foster a professional, respectful team culture and address concerns.
