Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate crew tasks.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness align with standards and health codes.
• Supervise shift staffing and breaks, adjust for sales volume as needed.
• Train team members on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift compliance.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure satisfaction.
