Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members and ensure brand standards are met while delivering guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and food safety responsibilities. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Able to lead teams, drive performance and deliver guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout the shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies on shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for upcoming shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts and emergencies with quick, positive resolution.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and policy adherence.
