Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members during each shift, ensuring Brand standards and great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to keep operations smooth.

The role requires leadership experience in retail or hospitality, solid communication, and the ability to manage daily store operations, cash handling, and food safety. This is a fast-paced role in Roanoke, VA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to execute brand standards and guest service.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Manage inventory and cash over/short during shift.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive reputation.
• Ensure food safety and compliance throughout shift.
