Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, store processes, and promotional communications.
• Lead shift-change communication and ensure team alignment.
