RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team and drive store operations on a daily basis. You will set the tone, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences across shifts, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on training, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards, with growth opportunities into General and Co-Managers within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; willingness to obtain required permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance during each shift.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Oversee cash handling, write-offs, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure alignment across the team.
• Foster accountability, respect, and teamwork in daily store operations.
