RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a daily basis. You will set a positive tone, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations across food service, stocking, and cash handling.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll participate in daily shift activities, manage inventory, and communicate effectively with leadership to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude and motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
