Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a positive tone for guests and teammates.
• Coach team members in real time, providing guidance and support during every shift.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including cash wrap, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure effective shift change communication and alignment across the team.
• Model accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving during busy periods.
