Job summary

Zax LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise shift operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction and safety. You will manage tasks, respond to complaints, and maintain standards across service, food prep, and inventories.

Open to part-time or full-time schedules, with training and development opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Must meet background checks and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Part‑time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full‑time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful background check.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational and cooperative skills.
• Follows time-punch policies; strong verbal communication.
• Technological savvy with required store software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage product, process and people to execute a shift.
• Assign tasks to team members and respond to guest complaints.
• Set shift goals and align tasks to achieve them.
• Train, coach and develop team members and communicate performance concerns.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience; resolve issues politely.
• Maintain safety, quality and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Reconcile deliveries, stock products, and conduct daily inventories.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.
