Zax LLC invites you to join as a Shift Leader, overseeing the shift with a focus on product, process, and people. You will assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and drive daily goals, training team members, and maintaining standards for service quality throughout the shift.

As a leader, you’ll coach staff, manage operations, and ensure compliance with safety, cash-handling, and company policies while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members; report performance concerns to GM.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cash handling, and safety guidelines.
• Respond to guest complaints and maintain a positive guest experience.
