Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise team members, manage the shift, and deliver great guest experiences. You will lead task assignment, coach staff, and resolve guest concerns while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory checks, and maintaining processes in line with company policies. A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and teamwork.
• Follows company standards and local laws regarding time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift by directing tasks, training, and coaching team members.
• Answer guest concerns with a friendly, respectful approach.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise opening/closing duties and delegate tasks as needed.
• Track inventories, deliveries, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary and ensure daily goals.
