Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining service standards.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet and thank customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and protect privacy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments after planograms and ensure accurate inventory.
